Trader Joe's has great pizza dough if you don't have time to make your own. They have a good sauce too. Slice eggplant thin and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in a pan. After the crust has cooked on its own, add the sauce, cheese and egplant. Cook until cheese is bubbling in a 400 degree oven. After pizza is done cooking, top with chopped, fresh basil.
